Hello everybody,

I am a mortgage originator since 1989. In the past I have served on the
board of East Bay CAMB in a number of capacities included that of the
president. Today our industry is facing unprecedented challenges that
threaten the very existance of the mortgage broker. As broker I am proud of
the work I do in helping my clients meet their dream of home ownership.
Unfortunatily today we are blamed for most of the market's problems. I
would like to join the CAMB Board again and if elected I would like to use
my experience to help face the many changes that might be forced on our
industry.
